Optional Mission: IMs Greely

As you progress through Chapter 4 or Chapter 7 of Dead Space 3, you'll have the opportunity to complete the optional mission, IMs Greely. This mission is an exciting addition to the game, offering a unique storyline and challenging gameplay.

To begin the mission, climb down the ladder in the area you're currently in. Take note of the lockers containing medical kits and the shelf with a W eapon Part – Compact Standard Frame on your right-hand side. Proceed through the room until you reach the objective marker, which will lead you to a door. Enter this door and continue through the next hallway.

Once outside again, use your suit's locator to scan for any nearby objectives or points of interest. To the right of a chest in the corner, you'll find a S.C.A.F. device. Open it to claim a W eapon Part – Compact Standard Frame, a medical pack, and some resources.

Next, use Kinesis to open a door ahead and head inside. Make your way over to the frayed end of the debris, where you'll discover another door. Be prepared to encounter some Lurkers in this area, but feel free to kill them or ignore them for now.

From here, walk to the end of the platform and look down to spot a piece of debris with a bird logo on it. When you arrive at this location, exit your current mode and enter zero gravity mode.

To access the mission area, you'll need to get into the Skip and fly to the C.M.S. This optional mission is available during both Chapter 4 and Chapter 7, so be sure to take advantage of it if you can.

Unfortunately, the Dead Space Wiki doesn't currently have a walkthrough for this level, but with these steps, you should be well on your way to completing IMs Greely.
